Jeffrey began his career in film as a 19-year-old unpaid intern for five weeks on a small feature the summer after dropping out of film school. Within a year, he working as a 1st AC in the NY indie scene of the late-90's. After joining IATSE Local 600 in 2003 as an assistant, he began operating in 2010 and added Steadicam to his skill set a couple of years later. All the while, he was shooting tandems and second units as often as possible and officially become a DP in 2022.

Currently, Jeffrey is shooting season 1 of 'Power Book V : Origins' for Starz / Lionsgate slated for release in 2027.
​
​He is a member of the Society of Camera Operators (SOC) and the television academy (ATAS).
